Court Advocacy – Advocates are available to accompany victims to court appointments related to domestic violence.  This includes child mediation.

 

Assistance with Restraining Orders – Our Legal Clinic will assist victims with filling out court paperwork, explain and prepare victims for filing, and court procedures. Click here for other legal assistance.

 

Assistance with a Safety Plan – Advocates will assist you in preparing a plan to keep you and your family safe through this tough transition.

Bi –lingual speakers (English –Spanish) - Spanish speaking advocates are available.   We use outside assistance for assisting other language speakers

 

Shelter Referrals – We refer to local shelters and assist you with transportation.

Counseling Referrals -  We refer out for all counseling requests.   We attempt to match you with the most appreciate counseling service close to you.

 

Community Service Referrals – We have lots of community service information for you to access.   Let us know what you may need to help.   We’ll give you the most information we can find.

Transportation Information – We have several transportation options to help you get to court, counseling, and medical appointments.  Transportation may be limited.
